Terms of service
All information for my tos. These are all effective starting August 1st of 2024! For any questions, you are free to dm me on any of my socials, preferably my toyhouse or instagram. If found breaking tos, you may be blacklisted or given a small warning depending on what rule you broke. All of these rules are subject to change or be added to!
*Some people may have exceptions to some of these tos rules because I did not have an available tos before this was made. I will not make new exceptions forward from the date above, but if you had an exemption before this you are fine and there is no need to worry about blacklists or warnings from the rule you are exempt from. Please note that all other rules still count and must be followed however! If you are worried someone is breaking tos, you are free to dm me and let me know.

General
1 - My art is currently not for commercial use.Currently I do not allow commercial use on any of my art. This may change in the future. Commercial art includes; Book covers, anything in video games, v-tubers, etc. you may not sell prints and merchandise of my art, but you can make them for strictly personal use. For commercial use on designs, please dm me / see design tos section.2 - My art is not to be used for NFT's or AI.If found doing this I will blacklist you and most likely warn everyone else.3 - Payment is paid upfront and is in USD paypal only.Currently I do not have another program to take money in from. This may change in the future especially.4 - Artist usageMe, the artist, is allowed to use your art for commission examples, in portfolios, and to post on social media. If you want it completely private, let me know, however there will be a small fee. I will never use your commissioned art, private or not, for commercial things like prints or charms.5 - Refunds info.Currently I do not do refunds except for emergencies on the commissioners part + if the art is not already finished. If this happens, you will be refunded 50%. If the art is finished I will not refund. This may change in the future. If I cant finish the commission in time / for whatever reason I will refund in full.6 - I can deny a commission if I know i will not be able to do it.For things like species I havent drawn before or things I am not comfortable drawing, I may deny a commission request. Most likely if it is just a specie I've never drawn before, I can most likely still try as long as you are ok with experimentation. For what I will and wont draw, my information is below.7 - Commission processI will first send you a lineart wip, and if that is accepted and okay with you I will clean up the lineart and colour+shade! If you want more wips than that, such as a clean lineart wip or a colouring wip before shading, let me know.8 - Turnaround timeMy turnaround time may vary, however at max a single commission will take me two months! If it takes longer than that you are free to ask for either a full refund OR an extra bust addon. I only really draw commissions on the weekends due to me being busy on week days, but I may draw some time during the week if in inspired or simply want to get it done.9 - TrelloI have a trello to keep things in track! you are free to view. The commissioners username will be up by default + the (watermarked) finished version when its done. If you dont want either of these to be up there, please let me know beforehand!10 - What I will and wont drawIf you are confused or unsure on whether something counts as one of the subjects below, you are more than welcome to ask. I will clarify to the best of my ability.

Art commissions
My art commission information! Not many rules here since most that apply are in the general section, these are just extra for art commissions specifically. What I will and will not draw is in the last rule of the general section!---1 - You must have a drawn reference of the character you want drawn.Please no written descriptions of how a character looks if you are not getting a custom! Only exception to this is if you are adding a small accessory to them.
Designs (+Custom tos)
For my design tos! This is for my adopts and custom commissions.---1 - You may not sell a design for more than its worth.Please do not sell my designs for more than they are worth. For example, if you got the design for $50, and there is no extra commissioned or personal art of the character, do not sell it for over $50. Ofc if you have extra art of them you can sell them with the added value of the extra art.2 - My designs are personal use ONLY by default, but commercial use CAN be discussed.While I do not accept commercial use of my art specifically, I can discuss commercial use on my designs. It will come with a fee, but once commercial use is bought, you can use it for anything, as long as there is credit somewhere.3 - When ordering a custom, do not send a different oc as a reference.I do not want to reference other peoples characters!! Even sending the image of someone elses oc in the first place stresses me out a little, please dont do it lol.4 - I do not make designs based off of copyrighted characters.I am willing to add small optional accessories that may have something to do with a copyrighted character. Otherwise I will not base an entire custom off of a character.5 - If removing a design of mine off of toyhouse, let me know.Whenever possible, its preffered you hide a design of mine if you dont want them public, but i understand its not always possible.
If you do remove a design of mine from toyhouse, there is a chance they will be re-added to toyhouse if they are resold from you. I ask if you remove a design of mine off of toyhouse to let me know beforehand so I can track the last ownership from toyhouse in the case they get re-added to the website.
(Its also preffered you let the next owner know that I may ask for ownership proof if they get re-added to toyhouse, so it would be a good idea to take a screenshot of proof of ownership).
